Dumpster Diving 2011 Wish List

Well this is something that I REALLY wanted to pick up.  Ski ball... but a basketball version.  How could you not love it?  But... the hubby said no :(

Dumpster Diving 2011

Well I'm not sure what to say about this season.  It must be the economy... people just aren't throwing everything out like they use to.  The weather has been a factor too... between snow and rain there are far and few days that are actually nice to pull everything from all over your house to the curb.

I did of course find a few things... take a peek... could be keeping could be selling... not sure :)

A bike for me... it's about $250 bike!

Yup... that's a 2Step jungle gym on top of the truck.  I actually got two different ones this year.

TV armoire with drawers and shelves.  Yes, the blue tape came off.

Entertainment center with glass cabinet on the left.

A petal go cart and a small boys bike.

Container/Drawers for the garage.

This will be a nightstand for our master bedroom.

Pots, baskets, buckets, etc.

New car seat... plus a 2nd base portion.

Poker table.

Mats for the garage.

A super heavy real wood desk that may end up being a tv stand in our house.

Golf bag that I picked up for The Monty Crew but they ended up not needing it.

Beautiful white dresser.

And the granddaddy of it all... a CRAFTSMAN SNOW BLOWER!

I talked with the owner... needs some carburettor work... we'll see if my hubby can get it to work otherwise it will still be cheaper to fix it than to purchase one for us!

Penn to France

Another fun week of diving... here's the newest finds:

This is a bike that you attach to the back of another bike... make it a double bike trip for you and your kiddo.

I found a box full of these little wood creatures.

Set of lamps.

Cute tin cups... I may just use them on the fence... but should add some flowers... or maybe sell them... not sure yet...

Lawn seeder... yes... we finally found one that wasn't broken!

Please tell me I'm the only one from a family that had one of these growing up? Now I have my own and it looks BRAND NEW!

A box of pots and pans... someone must of upgraded or got rid of their camper.

These are cute chairs... one blue and one yellow. Adorable if you have the right color thing going on in your house... or... could be easily reupholstered.

Queen size headboard.
An ottoman for my chairs that I found last week :) Need to get a new cushion but then again I have to get that for the chair too!
New umbrella base and pole. The one before didn't tilt or crank.

Closer shot to show the table... which we found week one but just put up this past week.

And the grand daddy freebie this week... ahhhhhh a swing :)

Next up France to Normandale.

Portland to Penn

What a blast! I found some SERIOUSLY great stuff this section! Check it out.

First off, I am not one to pick up stuffed animals... but this one had to be. It's a real Build a Bear! White... and clean. But yes, he will get a bath.

Box full of Little People and Barbie dolls.
Stack one of two. These are six matching white deck chairs. Which, I may end up spray painting to match my new table that I got last week diving.

Evenflo exersaucer. Only missing one piece, which I think I have an extra one of... and if not, I can borrow it off of another one that I will see while diving if I remember.
Umbrella ella ella eh stroller. Lol.

Kids picnic table. I will be keeping this one and selling the one I picked up last year. I found two of these but already got rid of one :)

Baby bike with doodads.
I have TWO of these wagons! I was shocked!
Stack of chairs, set #2. There are four that match and two that match.

Red pots that I'm hoping my mom will help my green thumb with... :) ?
Toddler slide.
Two new deck chairs just need the cushions.
Bird bath... not sure where I'll be putting this but I think I'll be keeping it. After checking out all the yards while diving I'm getting ideas in my head for our front yard!

And here is the big kahuna! These will be going in our laundry room! BRAND NEW and MODERN! Would have loved to have them in my kitchen but not enough of them!

And yes, I have the missing door, it just needs to be screwed on!
Next time... Penn to France.

East Boundary to Portland.

Here's some of my sweet finds this week.
Foam letters that attach to make a play mat.

Sweet skate board.

Nice twin headboard for a little lady that I know.

Ahhh yes... a pack of 12 Bacardi plastic cups in plastic.
Baby swing for sale!

Toddler bed for Kamiha.

And the super steal... a huge 2 Step play set. I talked to the owner and she emailed me pics so I could put it all together. Two slides and a tunnel that connects the two pods. SWEET!

Up next... Portland to Penn.
