What's Happening Hot Stuff?

So this past weekend we had a few things going on... 

First on Friday I did a photo shoot with the rest of the Blockheads for the interview that we did while The Monty Crew was visiting us.  Ends up that the article should be running tomorrow.

Then Saturday we went to one of Jerome's co-worker's homes for a BBQ poolside.  It was fun... we drank and ate... everyone scarfed down the things 1, 2 and 3 (Cheese Salsa) that we brought...  We stayed poolside but not in the pool as that was mostly where the kids were...

Sunday Jerome and I went shopping for a few things together and headed to a BBQ at Anna's house and then headed home.

I'll have more news tomorrow hopefully... and on Wednesday I should be getting my stitches out!

Chris and Nick's Bowling Extravaganza

So Anna has made it known that I don't post enough about her... It's always about Lisa or Trisha or Tinker... never Anna. Well Anna... this post is all about you.

Yesterday Anna's boys (Nick and Chris) had a birthday party at a bowling alley in the basement of a church... yes... a bowling alley in a church. Anna's parents work at the bowling alley and for the past couple of years she has held the boy's party there. Of course there was food, cupcakes, balloons and presents. And yes... there was bowling...

Take a look... I lost the first game.... last place. Jerome won the 2nd game.

Wassup?!?!

So nothing to exciting is happening around here. I've taken down the Christmas tree and put the living room back in order. Really nothing much....

Last night Jerome and I went out with Lisa and Rod for dinner... of course we hit up the crab legs at the buffet. Then we ended up heading out for the night to a club - yes... you heard me... a club. Needless to say I'm pretty sure we were the oldest people in there. Come to find out we think it was an 18+ night... ick. I felt dirty and out of place. Interesting club though...

Today we rolled over to St. Paul to visit with Anna. While we were gone we were using the self cleaning feature on our stove. When we came home we hoped to still have the house standing! We came home and the stupid thing was still running. Guess someone didn't set the timer... wooops! I called mom to figure out how to shut it off and now it's spic and span!

I watched a pretty hilarious movie tonight while Jerome was watching football...I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. If you haven't seen it yet go directly to redbox and rent it!!!

This weekends upcoming event...

Well this Saturday Lisa and I and possibly Anna will be heading to David's Bridal to try on dresses. Should be interesting. If it's possible I'll take some photos of dresses that we like.

I plan to try on that dress that had the color band going around it again. I keep thinking about that one.... I loved it when I saw it... I don't care if other brides have it.... I like I like!
