Ouchie!

I did it yet again... Just standing up from sitting down and I got a ZINGER!  Ugh.  I hate having back issues.  I feel totally helpless.

It's officially winter..

I got my first bloody nose of the season... making me realize that winter is officially here. I'll be pulling out the humidifiers to bring some moisture into our air here in the house... now I just wish I had a personal size one for work... maybe Santa will bring this for me.
