So last night I tried one "last time" to turn on my laptop. It didn't work.
So, knowing that there is no warranty on it any longer I decided to go forth and take all the screws off the back of it... I thought perhaps if I open it up and see if there is a pound of cat hair perhaps that would make it go if it was removed...
Well... I did find some fuzz... cleared it out of the way and well... it worked. I was so excited that I called my mom to let her know the good news. As soon as I got off the phone with her it shut down. Dang it!
So I attempted the same thing... it powered up only to shut down again. There is life in there... it just needs a little resesitating. I'll be playing the mad scientist tonight with my attempt to get the entire back off of the laptop up so that I can blow out any debris.
Here's to hoping it works! Anyone have any pointers?
